We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
How to request a return
Email NedeauMccoon317@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval, we will provide return instructions. Do not send an item before receiving authorization.

Return shipping costs
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Sereocollar will provide a prepaid return shipping label or another no-cost resolution. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise in writing. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different eligible item, request a return and place a new order after the return is accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, used items, and items returned outside the 30-day period cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or differ materially from the approved order details. Sale items may be returned unless clearly marked final sale before purchase.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
We inspect returns and notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order before fulfillment begins. After shipment, the standard return process applies.
