Payment Policy

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The full product price, applicable taxes, and any other charges are shown before you submit your order.

Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when available. The checkout page is the authoritative list of currently available payment methods.

Payment timing

Full payment is required when an order is placed. Processing begins after payment authorization succeeds.

Secure checkout

Checkout is encrypted and processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Sereocollar does not store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.

Declined payments

If payment is declined, verify your billing information and available funds or contact your bank. We cannot override a card issuer or payment provider decision.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy.
